Monica Obeada

Monica Obeada is currently the Commercial & Strategic Director at DECORA S.A., a role they have held since 2025, building on extensive experience in key account management and export functions. They previously served as the Country Manager for Romania and Bulgaria at DECORA S.A., and as a National Key Account Manager. With a background in education as a schoolteacher from 1996 to 2006, Monica also holds an Executive MBA and degrees in engineering and education from “Dunarea de Jos” Galati University. They demonstrate strong results orientation, skilled negotiation, and the ability to thrive in international and multicultural settings.
