Decruz Search is a global specialist recruitment agency for the Health & Beauty industry, connecting the best people with the brands that need them across the UK and internationally.

For 11 years, Gary has placed talent across beauty, skincare, haircare, fragrance, wellness and personal care - from NPD and Supply Chain through Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Senior Leadership.

We work with founder led indie brands, scale ups and global beauty groups, on permanent, contract and executive search mandates.

What sets us apart:

→ A vetted network of 30,000+ Health & Beauty professionals, built one conversation at a time over a decade in the sector.
→ Culture over CV. We do on site visits to understand your team dynamic, so every introduction elevates your culture, not just your headcount.
→ Speed without compromise. Shortlists in your inbox in an average of 3 days. 96% fill rate on exclusive roles.
→ Placements that stick. Gary’s candidates stay an average of 3 years.
→ Founder-led. Every search is handled personally by Gary Laverty, one of the most recognised recruiters in Health & Beauty.

The result: 88% of our clients come back to Gary.

Because we don't post and pray, we headhunt.

If you're hiring in Health & Beauty, or you're a candidate looking for your next move in the industry, let's chat.
