Scott Moore

Scott Moore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the blockchain and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of Public Works since June 2023, Scott also holds the position of Delegate at the Optimism Foundation and has been a Co-Founder at Gitcoin and Kernel since February 2018 and March 2020, respectively. Scott contributes as an Advisor at ENS Labs Ltd, Mochi!, and Decrypt while serving on the board of Element Finance. Previous roles include working on Ecosystem Grants at Ethereum and as a member of the Grants Advisory Committee at ConsenSys. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Political Science from the University of Toronto, where studies spanned from 2008 to 2013 and again from 2015 to 2016.
