Andrejs G.

From 2003 to 2005, Andrejs G. worked as a Journalist at the Publishing House "Fenster". In 2004-2005, they were a Merchandiser Team Leader at Recruit Retail Services, leading outsourced teams for various supermarket store chains in Great Britain. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Mortgage Loan Specialist at AmCredit | Baltic American Enterprise Fund company, providing financial consultations and customer service. At Tieto, starting in 2008, they held the roles of Senior Project Accountant and Cash Transactions Unit Team Leader, responsible for managing project accounts and leading a team of cash reconciliation accountants. At Posti Group Oyj, they worked as a Program Manager from 2013 to 2020, focusing on harmonizing business functions during mergers and acquisitions. Finally, at DECTA, they served as Deputy Head of Business Technology and Head of Projects and Service Delivery, responsible for optimizing internal processes, implementing IT and business initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence.

Andrejs G. completed their education in a chronological order. Andrejs attended Riga Secondary School No.10, graduating in the year 2002. After completing high school, they enrolled in Baltic International Academy and pursued a 2-year Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from 2002 to 2004. Continuing their academic journey, Andrejs joined RISEBA University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they also pursued ACCA and successfully completed papers F1-F5 in Accounting and Finance from 2010 to 2012. Furthering their education at RISEBA University, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Management, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Andrejs obtained several certifications. In 2012, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). In 2013, they acquired the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training and ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
