Igor Kosirev

Igor Kosirev serves as the Head of Customer Relationship Division at DECTA since April 2018, after previously holding the position of Deputy Head of Customer Relationships. Prior to DECTA, Igor worked at Rietumu Banka from May 2013 to March 2018, where responsibilities included acting as the Head of the E-commerce Division, developing new products and procedures for enhancing customer experience, and managing the opening of E-merchant and IPSP accounts for Visa and MasterCard processing. Igor holds a Master of Finance in Financial Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Baltic International Academy, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Banking Management acquired through the Erasmus Program at Banking Institute College in Prague. Educational background includes a high school diploma from 88 Riga Secondary School.
