Jana Sergejenko

Jana Sergejenko is a skilled System Analyst with extensive experience across various companies. Currently employed at DECTA since January 2021, Jana specializes in exploring and defining business requirements, automating processes, and enhancing product functionality. Prior to this, Jana worked at VIA SMS Group from August 2016 to January 2021, focusing on system evaluation, problem analysis, and technical specification writing using Redmine, alongside developing management reports with SQL. Jana's career began as an IT Client Support Specialist at AS Latvijas pasta banka, providing technical support and incident management. Previous experience also includes serving as an SAP Consultant at Winkora, where Jana supported and configured SAP modules. Jana holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Control and Computer Science, along with participation in the Erasmus programme at Linköping University.
