Maxim Druzhinyn

Maxim Druzhinyn is a System Analyst at DECTA since June 2021, focusing on researching and implementing new business integrations and ensuring compliance with PCI DSS v4.0. Previously, Maxim held the position of Head of Technical Support Group, where responsibilities included overseeing team operations, training and mentoring staff, monitoring system performance, and resolving client issues. Earlier experience as a Technical Support Specialist involved system monitoring and incident reporting. Maxim also served as a Data Warehouse Administrator at Client Line from October 2020 to April 2021. Maxim holds a Bachelor's degree in Automatics and Computer Technology from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, obtained in June 2021.
