Vitalijs Kovalenko

Vitalijs Kovalenko is an experienced Information Technology professional with over 15 years in various roles. Currently serving as an Information Technology System Analyst and IT Project Manager at DECTA since March 2017, Vitalijs is responsible for overseeing IT initiatives. Previously, during tenure at JSC TRASTA KOMERCBANKA from November 2008 to December 2016, Vitalijs held positions as IT Project Manager, Deputy Head of Maintenance and Support Division, Infrastructure Support Specialist, and Senior Network Specialist. Vitalijs began the career as an IT Helpdesk Specialist at Latvenergo in 2006-2007. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Automation, Computer Graphics, and Networks from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, obtained between 2000 and 2005, and completion of secondary education at Rigas 92. ģimnazija from 1988 to 2000.
