Jim Learish

As Chief Operating Officer at DeCurtis Corporation, Jim Learish is responsible for the global operations of the company. He brings more than 25 years of technical and financial leadership experience to DeCurtis. Jim’s experience has been focused on building high-performing technology-driven businesses, providing high value to clients, and driving profitable growth.

Prior to joining DeCurtis, Jim co-founded Issuer Direct Corporation (NYSE MKT: ISDR), a technology company focused on disclosure management. He served as President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Board Member as he led the company from inception to public trading and through considerable M&A activity. His additional experience includes capital formation serving as an Investment Banker for numerous clients as well as IT and process consulting in the energy, banking, healthcare, and telecom sectors.

Jim is trained in Lean Six Sigma, was previously certified as a Project Management Professional, and was a licensed FINRA Series 79 investment banker. He holds a BS degree in Finance from Florida Southern College and an MBA from Duke University.
