Piyush Kumar

Piyush Kumar has a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. Piyush began their career as a Junior Software Test Engineer at DeCurtis Corporation in April 2014. Piyush worked their way up to become a Software Test Engineer in April 2016 and then a Senior Software Test Engineer in April 2018. In January 2021, they took on the role of Lead Software Development Engineer in Test, where they were responsible for functional testing, managing a team, and overseeing production projects from a quality control perspective. In April 2023, Piyush transitioned to the role of Manager QA and Delivery at DeCurtis Corporation, where they are currently employed. Prior to joining DeCurtis Corporation, Piyush worked as a Software Tester at GENPACT from May 2012 to April 2014.

Piyush Kumar attended Arya College of ENGG. & I.T. from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science. Piyush also holds additional certifications, including the Microsoft Exam- 98-379 Software Testing Fundamental from Microsoft, which was obtained in August 2015, and the AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist from Aspiring Minds, obtained in September 2014.
