Hank Boggio

Hank Boggio has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Hank started their career in the 1990s as the Director of Sales and National Sales Manager at Minolta Information Systems, Inc. Hank then moved on to Magellan Software, where they served as the Director of Sales and contributed to the company's acquisition by Gauss Interprise.

In 2001, Boggio joined Archive Systems, Inc. as an Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. During their tenure, the company provided business records consulting, storage, and cloud-based document management solutions. Access Corp later acquired Archive Systems, Inc.

In 2007, Boggio became the President and Chief Operating Officer at ASPEO, Inc., a provider of product development and software engineering solutions. Hank helped firms align their IT goals with their business strategy and maximize return on application investments.

Boggio then joined The Blackstone Group in 2009 as a Consultant for the launch of iLevel Solutions, a technology spin-out of the company. Hank later joined iLevel Solutions as a Co-Founder and Executive Vice President, contributing to the company's growth and eventual acquisition by Ipreo in 2015.

Following the acquisition, Boggio took on the role of Managing Director and Head of Business Development at Ipreo Private Capital Markets. In 2016, they joined PEF Services LLC as the Senior Managing Director and Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for revenue generation strategies.

In 2020, Boggio joined Cobalt Software, Inc. as the Chief Commercial Officer. The company was later acquired by FactSet in 2021. Currently, they serve as the Chief Commercial Officer at Decusoft, where they are instrumental in the development and implementation of the Compose platform, a specialized compensation planning and management solution.

Throughout their career, Boggio has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving successful outcomes in the software, technology, and finance sectors. Hank has contributed to the growth and profitability of various companies through strategic planning, business development, and revenue generation initiatives.

Hank Boggio obtained their Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Villanova University, where they attended from 1982 to 1986.
