Rick Laurenzo has a strong background in the technology and software industry. Rick founded Decusoft in 2002, a company that focuses on empowering individuals and organizations by providing software tailored to their unique needs. Prior to this, they co-founded Computer Design & Integration LLC in 1995 and served as a Vice President of Information Systems at J.B.Hanauer & Co. in 1994. Before that, they worked as the Director of MIS at National Medical Care/LifeChem from 1991 to 1994. Rick Laurenzo has a strong educational background in the field of education. In 1974, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Studies/Mathematics Education from The College of New Jersey. Following this, they obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Student Counseling and Personnel Services from the same institution in 1978. Rick also holds a Permanent NJ Teaching Certification K-12 in Mathematics and Social Studies, which they obtained in May 1974 from the State of New Jersey. In December 1978, Rick earned a Permanent NJ Certification K-12 in Student Personnel Services from the State of New Jersey as well. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics and Natural Sciences, with a specialization in Computer Science, from Montclair State University in 1990.
