Stephen Kraatz

Stephen Kraatz has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Stephen is currently the VP of Engineering at Decusoft since April 2020, where they oversee the development of their signature compensation solution, Compose by Decusoft. Prior to this role, they served as the Product Director and Director of Development for Compose by Decusoft, managing various aspects such as client implementations, product research and development, and technical support. Stephen began their career at Decusoft as a Technical Lead in September 2009. Before joining Decusoft, they worked as a Technical Consultant at Decusoft from November 2003 to 2009 and as a Technical Support at EasyCGI in 2003.

Stephen Kraatz obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ramapo College of New Jersey from 1999 to 2003.
