Phil Spivey has a diverse work experience. Phil currently serves as a board member for Intel Corporation's US Channel Board of Advisors. Previously, they were the CEO of Dedicated Computing. Phil also served as a board member for Hughes Industrial Inc and held the position of President at Hughes Ballistics, where they focused on manufacturing firearms. Phil was also the President of AZMF Precision CNC Services, a precision machine shop that provided CAD design, prototype development, and production services. Phil founded Bru Gear and served as its CEO, successfully selling the company in 2021. Phil has also worked as a High Tech Executive Advisor for Blackmore Partners LLC. Additionally, Phil has held roles at Arizona State University and the University of Southern California as an Entrepreneur in Residence, as well as serving as a Rugby Forwards Coach at Arizona State University. Phil also served as a board member for ClearPath, a startup focused on optimizing driving routes based on real-time traffic data.

Phil Spivey obtained an Executive MBA degree from the Motorola Leadership Institute in the year 2004. Prior to that, they pursued studies in Board Directorship at the Institute of Directors (IoD), completing the program in 1996. Additionally, they attended Middlesex University to study Computer Studies; however, the specific duration of this educational experience is unknown.
