Ted Mellenthin

Ted Mellenthin has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Ted is currently a Senior Solutions Architect at Dedicated Computing, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, Ted worked at Newhaven Display as an Applications Engineer from April 2016 to October 2022, where they analyzed customer requirements to develop custom display solutions and provided hardware and software support to the customer's engineering team. Ted also performed onsite presentations and product training. Before Newhaven Display, Ted worked at WPG Americas Inc. as a Regional Display Solutions Specialist from September 2014 to April 2016, where they provided pre-sales support for TFT display solutions and analyzed customer requirements to offer the best fitting display solution for new designs. Ted also worked at Arrow Electronics as a Solutions Architect from February 2008 to April 2014, DTx Medical Computing Solutions as a Systems Engineer from November 2006 to December 2007, Arrow OEM Computing Solutions as a Solutions Architect from October 2004 to November 2006, and Siemens Medical Solutions, Inc. as a Principle Development Engineer from October 1999 to September 2004. At Siemens, they specialized in OEM computer hardware and Microsoft OS for medical digital imaging systems, where they created product design requirements, verification test plans, and engineering change notices. Ted also provided manufacturing support and field service training for new product releases and was involved in sustaining engineering efforts. Ted's early career includes roles at The Net Works Computers and Consulting, Inc. as a Network Engineer and Partner Owner from December 1994 to August 2004, Siemens as a Network Administrator from November 1996 to October 1999, and Siemens Medical Solutions, Inc. as a Field Service Engineer from June 1986 to November 1996.

Ted Mellenthin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BioMedical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, graduating between the years 1982 and 1986. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Getting Started with AI on Jetson Nano" from NVIDIA in June 2023.
