Roger Bounthisane

Roger Bounthisane, MBA, PMP®, is an Engineering Program Manager at Dedrone by Axon, bringing over nine years of experience in operations and project management. They previously managed the sustainment life cycle of the largest vehicle fleet in the Air Force, leading significant initiatives, including a $94M lease contract and an $8.3M backlog reduction project. Roger has also held roles at Amazon, Flowserve Corporation, and the United States Air Force, where they honed their expertise in technical support, project management, and process improvement. They earned their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University and an MBA from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, with ongoing education in Avionic Systems Technology at the Community College of the Air Force.
