DEED is an education consultancy based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to helping children and young people with learning differences and developmental needs reach their full potential.

We believe that our neurodiversity is our strength. Every child learns differently, and when we recognise and respond to those differences, every learner can thrive.

At DEED, we work directly with learners to understand how they learn best, providing targeted assessments and personalised support that build confidence, independence, and real progress.

We also partner with schools to strengthen their capacity for inclusion, supporting teachers, developing systems, and embedding practices that make learning accessible to every child, not just some.

Our services include SASC-approved assessments for dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning differences; specialist therapy and intervention programmes; and professional development for teachers and school leaders. Each report, plan, or training is practical, evidence-based, and tailored to the learner’s context.

Through our Inclusive School Partnership Model, we:

Equip teachers to identify and support children with additional needs.

Deliver structured, measurable interventions that close learning gaps.

Engage parents as partners in the child’s learning journey.

Provide strategic oversight and support for SEN systems within schools.

Our goal is simple; to make inclusion work in real classrooms, for real children.
