As the CEO of Deegit, Jay is responsible for ensuring that offices of Deegit work in tandem and that all quality processes are followed through and are up to date. He also takes a keen interest in client satisfaction, ensuring that the organization is versatile enough to service mid-tiered clients as well as those listed under Fortune 1000. Most importantly, Jay is responsible for the continuous training of the recruitment team, bringing them up to date with technology trends and practices.
