Ajit Kumar has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Ajit started their career as an HR Executive at ADDON in 2001, where they were responsible for sourcing candidates and shortlisting them for further process. From 2002 to 2008, they worked in the Indian Army as a Training Head, where they identified training needs and conducted various training sessions. In 2009, they joined TVS ICS as a Regional Lead - HR, where they provided strategic and tactical HR solutions and supported recruitment and retention processes. Since 2010, they have been working as the Head of HR at ACE Creative learning Pvt Ltd, where they are responsible for manpower planning, employee orientation, performance management, policy development, and employee engagement activities. Ajit also coordinates the implementation of HR services and advises company managers on HR issues.
Ajit Kumar completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Management from Bangalore University between 1998 and 2001. Ajit pursued a Master's degree in Counseling & Psychology from Kuvempu Vishwavidyanilaya from 2006 to 2008. In 2008-2009, Ajit studied HR & Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where they received a GMP degree.
