Daipayan Banerjee

Daipayan Banerjee has a strong background in human resources, with over 17 years of experience. Daipayan started their career at Aditya Birla Transworks (now Minacs) as a Team Lead, where they gained experience in managing teams. Daipayan then moved on to Alp Consulting Ltd. as an Associate Lead, responsible for HR operations. After that, they joined Vhire4u as a Manager - Operations & CRM (HR), where they oversaw HR processes. Daipayan then worked at Focus Management Consultants Pvt Ltd as an Asst. Vice President before joining Deeksha as the Head of Human Resources. In their role at Deeksha, they were responsible for driving the talent strategy, aligning business priorities, and managing various HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, and learning & development.

Daipayan Banerjee has completed their post-graduation in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Daipayan also attended SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY.
