Ash Rhazaly

Ash Rhazaly is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at Deel since April 2024, where responsibilities include leading a team to develop payment and analytics products. Prior to this role, Ash co-founded and served as CTO of Friz (YC W21) until its acquisition by Deel in April 2024. Ash's experience also includes a tenure as a Software Engineer at PPRO, with a notable achievement of integrating regional payment methods into the company's systems, and at DBS Bank as part of the inaugural SEEDs cohort. Ash holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Queensland and has participated in the Y Combinator program in 2021.
