Benjamin Cohen

Benjamin Cohen is a data expert with extensive leadership experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Data for GTM at Deel, Benjamin previously co-founded Increment, a startup focused on cloud cost management for data teams. At Dott, a leading European micro-mobility company, Benjamin held the role of VP of Data, where responsibilities included scaling the data team and implementing advanced data science products. Prior roles include Director of Data and Head of Growth & Analytics at OLX Group, where Benjamin contributed to the growth of the second-hand fashion marketplace Shedd. Benjamin's career began with a graduate internship at ORTEC and roles at Rocket Internet and Deloitte Nederland. Academically, Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics and Operations Research and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
