Beth Smith

Beth Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer onboarding and implementation management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Onboarding Manager at Deel since July 2025, Beth previously held the position of Senior Implementation Manager at Paycor from June 2023 to June 2025. Prior to that, Beth worked at Sentric, Inc. for over two decades, progressing from Client Service Representative to Implementation Manager. Beth holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an Associate's degree in Computer & Office Information Systems, both earned from Robert Morris University, as well as a diploma from Baldwin High School.
