Casey Bailey

Casey Bailey is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in People Operations and Human Resources. Currently serving as the Head of People at Deel since December 2021, Casey previously held the role of Senior Vice President of People & Places at Divvy, where a strategic People Operations and Real Estate/Workplace framework was developed during a period of rapid growth leading to a $2.5 billion acquisition. Prior to Divvy, Casey worked at Uber in various leadership positions, including Head of Global HR Business Partnerships for Uber Eats. Additional experience includes roles at RetailMeNot, Backcountry.com, and HRHouston Group. Casey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
