Emilie Thiéry

Emilie Thiéry currently serves as the HR Experience Manager for Western Europe at Deel, having transitioned from the role of HR Experience Specialist within the same company since September 2022. Prior to Deel, Emilie held various HR positions, including HR Generalist at Trusted Shops and HR Business Partner Digital at Roquette. Emilie's HR journey began with Technology & Strategy as a Consultante RH, followed by roles at Air France as an HR Assistant, and a brief internship at l'appel médical. Early career experiences also include project management for a social pediatric center. Emilie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Sciences Po, attained in 2015.
