Hunter Hedman serves as a Business Partner in Revenue Strategy & Operations for LATAM at Deel since November 2024, focusing on go-to-market strategy, structural design, and operational processes in the region. Previously, as a Senior Revenue Strategy & Operations Analyst, Hunter collaborated across NAM and LATAM, enhancing analytics tools and performance metrics. At Capital One, as a Senior Business Analyst, Hunter advanced Treasury Management sales strategies and developed automated reporting systems. Hunter also gained experience as a Business Analyst with IMSolutions, working with NOAA on grant negotiations, and as an Investment Operations Associate at Fisher Investments. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida.
