Huw Sensier

Huw Sensier serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager for R&D at Deel, a role assumed in November 2021, where leadership involves developing and executing global recruiting strategies for engineering, product, and data roles while scaling the R&D department for fully remote positions. Prior to Deel, Huw held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech) at Foxtek, focusing on connecting backend developers with tech companies in the Netherlands. Earlier experience includes various roles at g2 Recruitment Solutions, where responsibilities spanned senior recruitment consulting and heading the QA division. Huw began the professional journey as a Sales Manager at The Bubble Card after earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Cardiff University in 2014, and a secondary education completed at Bryn Celynnog Comprehensive School.
