Igor Pesin

Igor Pesin is an experienced entrepreneur and banking professional with a strong background in fintech and digital banking. Currently, Igor serves as the Founder of Hybrid Finance (HyFi), focusing on innovative solutions in the consumer banking arena since January 2023. Prior to this, Igor co-founded Arival Bank, a US-licensed digital bank that caters to international businesses, and held the role of Partner at Life.SREDA VC, an early-stage venture capital fund in Singapore. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Sistema as Director of M&A and Strategy for IT businesses, and as CEO & Founder of ECOM ltd., which created various eCommerce ventures. Igor's professional journey also includes a background in corporate strategy with KPMG Russia and extensive academic achievements, including an MBA from SKOLKOVO and an executive program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
