James Lawrence

James Lawrence is currently the SMB Sales Manager at Deel, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of EMEA Sales, SMB at Deel from March 2021 to March 2022, responsible for 35% of global revenue as Deel surpassed $100m annual revenue and a $12bn valuation from investors. From November 2019 to March 2021, they were the Head of Sales - UK&I at Andjaro, where they created an entire sales infrastructure and led channel partnerships across vendors and consultants as well as PR media and event strategy.

Their manager is Ilana Elbaz, Head of Sales EMEA. They are on a team with Sammy Hakimian - Midmarket Account Executive, Christian Josewski - Midmarket Sales Manager, and Flora Pietrowicz - Midmarket Account Executive EMEA.
