Johannes Scheitel is a growth-focused leader and customer success executive with over 15 years of global leadership experience in professional services, sales engineering, and marketing. Johannes holds a world-class MBA from IE Business School and has managed organizations of over 70 people with an annual revenue exceeding $100 million across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Currently, Johannes serves as the Sr. Director of Customer Success & Services at Deel, following a successful tenure at various companies, including Siteimprove and Leanplum. Johannes is also an active mentor and startup advisor, assisting Austrian startups in expanding to Silicon Valley.
