Jon Willington is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and management. Currently serving as Group Product Design Manager at Deel since November 2021, Jon has also held positions as Lead Product Designer and Senior Product Designer within the same company. Prior to Deel, Jon worked as a Product Designer at oddschecker for a brief period and spent over six years at Colossus Bets, where Jon was Head of Design and Digital Designer. Earlier roles include Digital Designer at Smith & Williamson and Print Designer at Cemento, as well as experience as a Freelance Web Designer. Jon holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Sussex, earned between 2008 and 2011.
