Kerr Cameron

Kerr Cameron currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at Deel since June 2025, following a role as Talent Operations Specialist at Robin AI from May 2024 to May 2025. At Robin AI, responsibilities included project management and optimizing efficiencies within the Talent team, while also developing analytical tools for recruitment. Prior to that, Kerr established the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist role for DRW in the UK, overseeing recruitment processes across multiple regions. Previous experience includes roles at Amazon, Google, Brook Street, and The Odyssey Cinema. Kerr holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from UCL and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Politics from the University of East Anglia.
