Lawrence Pushpam

Lawrence Pushpam currently serves as the Director of Sales at Deel since November 2022. Prior to this role, Lawrence co-founded PayGroup by Deel, where Lawrence held the position of Chief Sales Officer from May 2018 to November 2022 and was a co-founder and Director of Business Development at Pay Asia from November 2005 to April 2018. At Pay Asia, Lawrence contributed to establishing a comprehensive payroll and HR outsourcing solution for clients across the Asia-Pacific region. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Development Consultant at Convergys from January 2003 to November 2005, managing sales for Managed Payroll Services, and a similar consulting position at Outsmart Pte Ltd from January 2000 to 2003. Lawrence began a career at Singapore Network Services Pte Ltd (Crimson Logic), where Lawrence progressed from providing product support to leading sales and business development for e-government projects from January 1991 to December 1999.
