Maxime Hoff

Maxime Hoff has extensive experience in sales and account management across various sectors, including finance, technology, and customer service. Starting as a Sales Assistant Trainee at First Finance, Maxime progressed to an Account Manager role, managing major international banks and sales of financial training. Following positions at Oracle as a Business Relationship Consultant specializing in HCM applications and at Dropbox as both Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executive, responsibility included market development and full-cycle sales. Maxime also held the role of Channel Partner Manager at Aircall, directing sales channel strategy across multiple regions and leading a team. Additional roles included Senior Account Director at Datadog and Senior Account Executive at Miuros, with current positions held at Deel as Account Executive and Manager for France and Southern Europe. Maxime holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Market from ESG Management School and has further business education from various institutions.
