Olanike Adebayo has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, having held various positions across multiple organizations. At Outcess, Olanike served as Team Lead, creating reports and motivating the team, and as a Customer Service Representative, where skills in managing customer interactions and resolving conflicts were honed. As an Assistant Operations Manager, Olanike managed call center operations and oversaw metrics achievement. At Tek Experts, Olanike progressed to Team Manager in Operations, focusing on exceptional customer service delivery, team training, and process improvements. Currently, as a Customer Success Manager at Deel, Olanike continues to enhance customer experiences and operational effectiveness.
