Previously, they served as Head of Financial Products at Onsi, where they managed the P&L and drove the growth of innovative financial solutions, including On-Demand Pay. With experience as a Strategy & Expansion Manager at Collective Benefits and a Project Manager at WSP, Phil has demonstrated a strong track record in leading high-performing teams and scaling financial products. They hold a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Brighton.
