Prashant Baghel

Prashant Baghel is a Software Engineer at Deel since May 2024, previously serving as Product Engineer II at Lyearn from September 2020 to May 2024, where responsibilities included ownership of modules, development of UI components, and creating server-driven architecture for the platform's homepage. Prashant initiated API updates and managed 3rd party integrations, enhancing user experiences. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, where notable achievements include a Gold Medal and a Pre-Placement Offer from Bajaj Auto Ltd following a summer internship in R&D. Prashant has also been actively involved in leadership roles at the Mechanical Engineering Society during university.
