Ryan Roukema

Ryan Roukema is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in managing account teams and driving business growth. Currently serving as Sales Manager for New Business at Deel since April 2022, Ryan oversees a team of Account Executives focused on simplifying global workforce management. Prior to Deel, Ryan held various roles at Intiveo from May 2016 to February 2022, culminating in the position of Manager of Inside Sales, where responsibilities included leading the inside sales team and managing regional sales activities. Ryan also co-founded and operated Class Act Christmas Lights and Class Act Painters, achieving remarkable revenue growth and successfully managing both businesses. Academically, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University and a Diploma in Business Administration – Management from Camosun College.
