Ryan Yannetta, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP currently serves as the Director of Operations for US Payroll at Deel since June 2025. Previously, Ryan held the position of Vice President of Implementation at ExtensisHR from October 2022 to June 2025, where the focus was on providing customized HR solutions. Before this, Ryan was the Director of Implementation & Training at ProLiant, leading a team dedicated to enhancing client relationships and ensuring successful implementations. Ryan's extensive background includes roles such as Implementation Consultant II at Paylocity and Account Specialist at Paychex, where proficiency in payroll processing and client management was demonstrated. Ryan began the professional journey at Toys R Us and Target, where foundational skills in team leadership and customer service were developed. Academically, Ryan is pursuing a Master of Human Resource Management from Rutgers University, complementing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the same institution.
