Onboarding Manager

Steven Lam is an experienced onboarding manager at Deel since January 2022, specializing in facilitating the quick onboarding of mid-sized customers onto the Deel platform. As the primary point of contact during the setup phase, Steven provides expert training, resolves customer issues, and collaborates with various internal teams to enhance the customer experience. Prior to this role, Steven was a senior customer success associate and manager of the customer success team at Catholic Charities, where responsibilities included managing a team to optimize the application process and establishing partnerships within the community. Earlier experience also includes working as a host at Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Restaurant. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston.
