Tom Dunne

Tom Dunne is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with substantial experience in the recruitment industry. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition specialist at Deel since February 2023, Tom previously held the position of EMEA Sourcer at Meta from October 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, Tom worked as a Senior Talent Partner at Gorillas (via Talentful) and was a Senior Recruiter at Career Moves Group from September 2016 to March 2021, managing key accounts for major tech and media brands globally. Tom's earlier roles at Career Moves included Senior Recruiter and Recruiter in HR, as well as Junior Recruiter, contributing to the firm's reputation in recruiting for various industries, including FMCG, Retail, and Telecoms. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Music Production from SSR School of Sound Recording and has completed A-Levels at Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College.
