Tom Hodgson

Tom Hodgson is an experienced professional in sales and consulting, currently serving as a Solutions Consultant for Global Payroll at Deel since April 2024. Prior to this role, Tom held various management positions at ADP, including District Manager for the Enterprise sector in the UK and District Manager for the Mid-Market sector. Tom's previous experience also includes a Corporate Account Executive position at Snowflake and several business development roles at Qualsys - EQMS and Loyalty Works. With a background that began at Virgin Media, Tom has built a diverse skill set in account and sales management across multiple industries. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and New Media from the University of Leeds and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education with Qualified Teacher Status, Applied ICT from Sheffield Hallam University.
