Varun Singh

Varun Singh possesses extensive experience in payroll management, having held key positions in various organizations. At Global Upside, Varun served as a Payroll Processor from December 2020 to January 2023. Following this, Varun joined Deel in March 2025 as Payroll Team Lead after the acquisition of Safeguard Global's Enterprise Payroll Division. Prior to this role, Varun was a Senior Payroll Specialist at Safeguard Global from April 2024 to September 2024, managing payroll inboxes and addressing queries while escalating issues to HR. Varun was also an International Payroll Specialist, responsible for overseeing payroll operations across multiple Caribbean regions, where leadership of a team of six professionals ensured accurate processing and compliance with local regulations. Varun holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Delhi University, earned between 2016 and 2019.
