Zoë Eager

Zoë Eager is an experienced professional in customer success and onboarding management, currently serving as Team Lead for Onboarding in the People Suite at Deel since June 2022. Prior to this position, Zoë held the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at Compass from 2020 to June 2022, where contributions included developing the Direct Support Program, enhancing customer relationships, and exceeding support satisfaction targets. With earlier experience as a Customer Success Manager at Compass and a Design Project Manager at Nina Golder Design, Zoë has demonstrated expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client project workflows. Additionally, Zoë started a career in marketing as a Marketing Assistant at Little, Brown and Company. Zoë holds a Master of Arts degree in Modern Languages from the University of St Andrews, obtained in 2013.
