Ruth Hess

Ruth Hess possesses extensive experience in construction billing and accounts receivable management, currently serving as Senior Construction Billing and AR Manager at DEEM since April 2002. Prior to this role, Ruth held the position of Administrative Assistant to the President at Edwards Electrical and Mechanical from September 1993 to April 2002, and earlier worked in front office and customer service at Aaron York's Quality Heating and Air Conditioning from August 1991 to September 1993. Ruth holds an educational background from the University of Indianapolis.
