Cyril Albert is a Unified Communications Architect with extensive experience in telecommunications. They began their career as a Telecom Technician at Expectra and Sodatec Maintenance in 2003 and continued to develop their skills at Netcore PSF SA as a Technician in Voice & Network before taking on roles as a Voice Engineer and Technical Voice Consultant. From 2014 to 2024, they served as a Technical Relationship Manager at POST Telecom for Business. Currently, Cyril is a System Architect at DEEP, having pursued a DUT in Télécommunications et Réseaux from Université Henri Poincaré (Nancy I) from 2000 to 2003.
