Sam Jacobs is a seasoned talent consultant and leader with extensive experience in building high-performing teams across AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, and various other fields. Currently serving as the Principal Talent Consultant at Deep Abacus since February 2022, Sam has previously held positions as Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Pollen, where efforts focused on diverse global hiring initiatives. Past roles also include significant contributions to Virgin Sport as a Senior Experience Manager, showcasing expertise in customer journey strategy and operational delivery for large-scale events. Sam co-founded Saints Don't Sleep, a successful club night, and has held various marketing and development roles in the events and media sectors. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Brighton.
