Diane Johnson

Diane Johnson, CPA, currently serves as Corporate Controller at Deep Blue since October 2023. With extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting, Diane previously worked at Archaea Energy from July 2021 to June 2023, where leadership involved managing SEC reporting post-de-SPAC transaction and implementing Workiva for initial filings. Prior roles include significant positions at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, KPMG, Hess Corporation, and Repsol, showcasing a strong track record in technical accounting analysis and establishing accounting processes. Diane holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin's Red McCombs School of Business, earned between 1984 and 1988.
