Tom Bollaert

Tom Bollaert is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Deep C Industrial Zones Vietnam, where they drive operational excellence and P&L performance. Previously, Tom held various leadership roles at DuPont, including Site Manager for the Kevlar plant in Maydown and Regional Manufacturing Director for Crop Protection in the Asia Pacific. Additionally, Tom served as General Manager and Head of International Operations at Lianhe Chemical Technology, overseeing strategic growth and managing a UK-based plant. With a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Vlerick Business School, Tom demonstrates a strong educational foundation in engineering and management.
