In collaboration with many health experts, we have developed the world's first digital health coach called ISA. 
ISA is a plug-and-play desktop application that uses intelligent algorithms to continuously analyse and provide feedback on sitting, moving and drinking behaviour. It teaches balancing exercises, helps to work ergonomically, encourages to drink sufficiently and educates the user about health.
